- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Forecast-to-Produce solutions to meet business needs.
- Partner with business partners to address pain points, enhance and optimize business process flow and system solution.
- Drive E2E integration with supply chain ecosystems (PLM system, Planning System, WMS etc.) while ensuring SAP standard best practices.
- Analyze business processes, identify requirements, and propose effective SAP solutions.
- Work with SAP development team to design, develop and debug ABAP programs, including reports, interfaces, user exits, enhancements and forms etc.
- Integrate MM modules with other SAP modules such as SD/FI/CO.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the system.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and user guides.
- Provide training and support to end-users and junior team members.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM module.
- Deep experience of SAP integration with surrounding systems and lead large or medium scale project implementation with S4 HANA.
- Ability to read/debug standard/custom programs, validate enhancement implementations, collaborate with developers on development, bug fixes, performance fine-tuning is mandatory.
- Familiar with EDI/IDOC processes, integration and enhancement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, Proven troubleshooting skills for configuration/interface failures
- A good understanding of supply chain environment and landscape in terms of the relevant services and solutions is highly preferred.
- Proficient in supply chain related business processes and operations
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in global teams.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of SAP best practices and business processes.
