
Renal Staff Nurse

- Support nursing philosophy and the vision, mission and values of the organisation
- Provide quality nursing care for an assigned group of patients
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the nursing care plan.
- To prepare equipment and patient for dialysis.
- Initiate and terminate haemodialysis
- Monitoring patient's parameters before and after haemodialysis.
- Assess patient's needs during dialysis (e.g. psychological, emotional and physical)
- Assist with procedures related to dialysis therapy
- Implement established operational and nursing policies and procedures.
- Provide orientation and guidance to junior nurses.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with staff, patients and public.
- Maintain a safe and clean centre environment, furnishing and equipment.
- Participate, contribute, and implement changes to work processes
- Attend continuing nursing education to maintain clinical knowledge and competence
- Participate in nursing research
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing or any related field.
- Recognised Nursing qualification and registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Certified with valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) + AED.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work in a team.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
