In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Set up a system of records and administration of all companies. • Manage and maintain original documents, Incorporation certificates, share certificates, Declaration of trusts etc. • Knows/familiar with drafting of various resolution i.e. incorporation, change of directors/secretary, establishment of bank accounts and facilities, striking off, etc. • Maintains and update the statutory records of the companies. • Set up, maintains and update document information using our in-house database system, i.e. Documentum as part of Knowledge Management • Management of all bank transactions and all correspondence related to these companies • Manage all communication with internal clients, overseas colleagues, banks, authorities etc. on matters relating to internal clients’ requirement. • File Annual Returns. • Annual compliance work that includes filing of necessary statutory forms. • Act and provide company secretary work for Companies registered in country of operation.Requirements: To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • Min. Degree in Law or Business or its equivalent. • At least 7-8 years of relevant experience • Highly adaptable and good team player • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer focus, and an ability to provide advice on all aspects of corporate governance and corporate secretarial issues.When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent to us retaining your information in our talent recruitment database.
