HealthCare Support Assistant / Up to $3300/ ASAP

• Healthcare Industry (Growing industry)
• Salary: $2500 - $3300 (Based on experience)
• Establish hospitals
• 5 days office hour
• On call support duty base on rostering
• Training will be provided!

• Provide clinical support for continuity of clinical systems such as Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM), Cerebral Plus (C+) and other clinical systems
• Provide both on-site and off-site clinical support to the end-users
• Assist users through the problem-solving process
• Participate in testing clinical systems for implementation
• Gather feedbacks to improve the clinical systems
• Conduct and facilitate users training session
• Provide 24 x 7 on-call application support to users

• Nitec or Diploma in a healthcare discipline (nursing, allied health, medicine)
• Min 1-year continuous clinical experience in any healthcare organization
• With or without experience welcome to apply!
• Customer service experience
