We are on the prowl for more Bears to join us at our Global HQ (AKA Bear Force One)! Being a Bear means that you’ll be part of a culture that celebrates diversity and is dedicated to making games which make players smile.Fresh from launching Butter Royale, we are looking for a talented and versatile Senior Marketing Artist who is passionate about building innovative solutions for our games. You will join a cross-functional and dynamic team of developers, and will work with us to craft new and exciting experiences that our players would enjoy.As the Senior Marketing Artist you’re a graphic design powerhouse with a deep understanding of market trends and audience engagement in the games or entertainment media sectors. Working with our development teams and partners you’ll lead the way dreaming, composing and creating ideas and imagery that amplifies and projects the image of our games to our customers and the world.We are an equal opportunity employer.   • To drive the production of visually appealing assets (static / animation) that supports product growth strategies.
  • To work closely with the Growth team, providing informed suggestions and ideas regarding marketing content and strategies.
  • Managing multiple stakeholders, communicate effectively, plan, prioritise and organise work activities, analyse the information, and manage work time efficiently.
  • Manage outsourcers as and when needed.
As a successful candidate, you would have:
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your experience in all types of art, graphic design, form and typography applied to product marketing.
  • Strong principles of graphic design with an exceptional eye for colour, light, shade, form, composition, story and style with a matching portfolio of excellent material.
  • Proficiency with relevant industry standard applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and the likes.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience as a marketing artist in the games industry.
  • Strong communication skills with experience working with different disciplines and stakeholders.
  • Interest in the Web3 space.
  • Comfortable with the use of emerging technologies such as generative AI
As a bonus, you would have:
  • Possesses the basic understanding of growth strategy and data driven decision making.
  • Deep knowledge in the Web3 space (Following or involved in NFT projects / games).
  • Deep knowledge and experience working with Generative AI tools.
  • Basic proficiency with standard 3D softwares such as Maya or Blender
  • Experience with motion graphics.
