This role includes managing regional talent pools, Next Gen Talent programs, and collaborating with regional and country Centers of Excellence (COEs). The Specialist ensures alignment with regional Talent strategy and serves as a subject matter expert and ambassador for talent development in the APAC region.APAC Talent Development Strategy Execution:
  • Manage engagement and development of APAC Talent Pools and Next Gen Talent (including Graduates /Scholarship programs in Singapore).
  • End to end management and delivery of the Next-Gen Talent strategy: attraction campaigns, assessments, selection, and development.
  • Support deployment of global/regional talent initiatives - Internal Talent Mobility & growth platforms for APAC.
  • Collaborate with country HR teams to ensure consistent practices and identify talent gaps.
  • Coordinate leadership development programs and learning interventions.
  • Create communication materials for HR initiatives / internal communication platforms
  • Collaborate between Global, regional and country Subject Matter experts to bring best practices to our APAC region
Talent Analytics & Reporting:
  • Manage and maintain talent pool data and dashboards (Power BI).
  • Analyze trends to inform engagement and development strategies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on talent metrics and outcomes.
  • Advise on learning interventions aligned with future skills / workforce needs.
Budget & Vendor Management:
  • Manage the regional talent development budget, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking.
  • Coordinate cross-charging to countries for shared programs and platforms.
  • Oversee vendor selection, contracting, and payment processes.
Project Management & Digital platform skills:
  • Support talent-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage APAC talent platforms and knowledge hubs.
  • Train/ Learn & support country teams on digital tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI, Slido, Canva, VEED, EasyGenerator).
Stakeholder Management:
  • Work effectively across cultures / functions to build strong relationships and gain support from key stakeholders to successfully drive major initiatives.
  • Build strong and effective working relationships with APAC country HR teams
  • Manage a virtual community regionally and in country to achieve targets
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience (Talent Management / Learning & Development / Employee Engagement / HR Generalist)
  • Proficient in Power BI & data management skills
  • Demonstrates strong video editing skills to create engaging digital content for key HR interventions.
  • Preferred skills - Adept in using digital platforms like Canva, Slido, Veed, Easy Generator or similar other tools.
