Able to work with the team on Strategizing a media and communications roadmap that not only fits the client's requirements but also exceeds them and hence delivers client success.Responsibilities of the role:
- Proactively planning and implementing digital development and growth of the client
- Supporting key functions including but not limited to Strategy, Media Planning, Reporting and Billing
- Developing strategy and digital channel recommendations to ensure we deliver as per the set targets
- Deliver innovative and Creative solutions to media briefs
- Lead to address critical issues as they arise. Sample issues might be “Sales on the ecommerce site are lower than expected. Can you help us figure out why?” or “We want to launch a new product, what media approach makes sense?” or “how could I improve my full funnel metrics utilizing data and insights”
- Ensuring delivery of a digital solution which is relevant to the client's business by fine tuning budget allocation, weights, phasing, site mix with creation of the media plan
- Leading Key market drumbeats with strategic stories and associated datasets on the media outcomes
- Be on top of in-campaign performance, and recommend changes across Media in-flight to deliver the best against the plan
- Identify opportunities and new interests for the client to drive revenue and benefit business needs as their advisor.
- Manage overall agency/client relationship by providing strategic input while translating the client's vision and needs into business requirements
- Ensure compliance with Mediacom and the client
- Working closely with digital execution team and creative agencies to ensure assets are delivered on time.
In three months:
- Demonstrate understanding of the media landscape and business challenges and begin to contribute ideas on how to drive clients' business success.
- Streamlining of media plans across both traditional and digital channels.
- Great understanding of your portfolio of clients.
- Abreast one-self with the key e-com onsite reporting platforms and tools and provide pro-active recommendations if any
- Be the market SPOC for the client media and brand team. Able to propose ideas and activities to answer identified challenges. Take ownership of day-to-day relationships and ways of working
- Leading E-com and Media planning efforts independently for assigned markets
- Conduct internal 101 training sessions on Media Planning Principles, Ecom Best Practices, Platforms like Lazada Seller centre, Shopee, etc.
- Collaborative leader, engaging with people of all levels.
- Lead Strategy and Media planning efforts for the brands quarterly, half yearly and annual media roadmap
- Build 2 Business Breakthroughs for the client
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4-5 years of media planning experience
- Form - Experience delivering actionable strategies; good storytelling in verbal and written form
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders (e.g. suppliers, advertising/marketing agencies, media owners and internal specialist resources)
- Be a strong communicator - English is our global language.
- Ability to manage daily communication with Global and local Publisher.
- Understanding and aptitude to translate existing & upcoming technology trends to media / business solutions.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach, natural affinity with numbers and analysis
- Ability to leverage data visualization tools such as Power BI, Google Data studio is a good to have
