This is where your job can impact hundreds of thousands of others, including yours.The primary role of the Intern, Marketing is to assist in identifying new marketing opportunities, develop innovative concepts to promote the brand and show awareness, and implement, communicate, and marketing strategies.Meticulous and insightful, this individual possesses excellent communication and people management skills, and is able to work with internal and external stakeholders and partners, as well as colleagues, to execute events within tight schedules and stipulated budget.This individual must be flexible in terms of job scope and work hours to meet the demands of our fast-paced and dynamic organization. The ideal incumbent will have a cheerful disposition, impeccable personal grooming, is highly independent, resourceful and takes initiative, and has effective communication, time management, planning and organizational skills.Job Description

Assist the team in pre-preparation of all projects
Assist in executing events with the team on the actual day in a smooth, professional, and fast manner
Support in all Marketing matters promptly and professionally
Support department administration work, such as application and filing of files, printing, and organising of communication materials
Support ad hoc duties, as directed by the Manager or General Manager

Requirements

Strong interest in the music/entertainment industry and possess some knowledge and interest in music trends
Good disposition, interpersonal, meticulous and detail-oriented
Possess a keen attitude to learn and is comfortable working in a diverse and dynamic environment
Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro and other video editing software will be an added advantage
Knowledge in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
May require working long and irregular hours, including weekends, during event period
