- Minimum 5 years of experience in a System Integration environment and/or implementing Network systems - Familiar and experienced in implementing and configuring network products like routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls and more - Strong familiarity with Cisco, Alcatel, Load Balancer and Firewall is a plus - Certification in Network products is a plus - Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to explain technology from a customer perspectiveSkills Requirements- Cisco Switching and Routing - Alcatel Omni Switch Series - Palo Alto Firewall - Checkpoint Firewall - F5 Load Balancer - Aruba ClearPass Policy ManagerNetwork Primary Purpose- Assist in network related hardware/software/firmware incidents - Maintain all the relevant network records and update all the documentations timely - Maintain Standard Operating Procedure, together with the customer to ensure the processes are in line and up to date as necessary. - Perform daily system checks and monitoring and to highlight if any abnormalities are found - Ensure that network related equipment backups are runningNetwork Responsibilities- Responsible for the infrastructure network design, implementation, testing, security, managing and maintenance of proposed system - Work closely with Team Leader to meet system delivery milestones - Provide technical documentation support to Project & Solutions Teams, as well as hand over as-built system documentation to Maintenance support team - Respond promptly to incident, root cause analysis & provide temporary and/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties - Engage with back-line support and/or with vendor’s support to diagnose and rectify technical problems. - Implement service continuity measures, i.e., backup/restore procedures & disaster recovery plan, to ensure continuous operation of the business.
