- Organizing & preparing documentation for presentations and meetings.
- Monitor and track expenses & assist with budget management.
- Travel arrangements & manage logistics for business trips or conferences.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients by gathering necessary documentation & ensuring a seamless transition into our services.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the consultant and clients, handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Accurately enter and update client information in our CRM system, ensuring that records are up-to-date.
- Assist in the onboarding of new financial consultant by gathering necessary documentation & preparatory work.
- Track and disseminate between consultant and manager, handling advisory training and performance reviews.
- Foster a dynamic and vibrant team energy by innovating and executing quality of life measures for the team.
- Minimum education requirement is an ITE (Institute of Technical Education) qualification or its equivalent.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in both Chinese & English.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic design knowledge for presentation slides (Canva) & social media (instagram,linkedin)
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently while also being a team player.
