- Live Chat workers are assigned a business that they are working with and your job is to log in to their social media account each day and reply to messages that are sent to the account from customers (or potential customers).
- You will be given full training on how to do the job and what to say to all the most commonly asked questions.
- And you have a chat supervisor to help you with any questions that you don’t know how to answer.
- Contract length: No fixed term
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Admin Assistant or Data Entry role, ideally within the Retail and Professional Services industry.
- You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
- You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
- You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
