  • Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements.
  • Advise clients on industry/ cross-industry leading practices. Advise clients on SAP recommended processes and functions
  • Design target state SAP solutions for clients. Influence clients' thinking in adopting leading/ standard practices while developing target state
  • Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution.
  • Perform SAP configuration and tests. Develop specifications for development of forms/ reports/ interfaces.
  • Lead the consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle including planning and execution of testing, migration and cutover.
  • Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post cutover.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders

RequirementsIf you are someone with:
  • A good honors Degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines.
  • Good understanding of SAP implementation methodology.
  • Consultant will require a minimum of 3 years of experience in Project System (PS) and Fixed Asset (FI-AA), completed at least 3 end-to-end full life cycle of PS and FI-AA implementations.
  • Possess good knowledge of accounting principles, project and asset lifecycle management.
  • Possess good knowledge and work experience of SAP ECC upgrade to S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of localization requirements for fixed assets in countries like Singapore, Malaysia, or other APAC markets.
  • Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Project System (PS) and Fixed Asset Accounting (FI-AA) solutions, including: Project planning, budgeting, execution, settlement and closure.
  • Configure SAP FI-AA module to meet client requirements, including asset master data, depreciation areas, asset transactions, reporting, and year-end processing.
  • Expertise in the integration in any of the following modules
  • FICO
  • MM
  • TR
  • Funds Management and Grants Management
  • Analyze business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis and propose suitable SAP solutions or enhancements.
  • Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and cutover activities
  • Develop and maintain documentation such as functional design specs, configuration guides, and training materials.
  • Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to client teams
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Controlling, Procurement, Sales, Logistics and IT
  • SAP S/4 HANA experience is a must.
  • Demonstrated success in multi-cultural work environment.
  • Sound understanding of business process, industry nuances and leading practices in area of focus
  • Ability to facilitate effective workshops to lead target state design.
  • Ability to lead teams
  • Demonstrated excellence in conceiving and executing SAP solution
  • Broad understanding of SAP design. Appreciation of digital enterprise and emerging technologies
