Senior Demand Planner APAC (Pharmaceutical and healthcare industry)Location: Mapletree Business City (Hybrid work provided)We are seeking a Senior Demand Planning Analyst to support and implement demand planning processes and systems across the APAC region. This role is crucial in facilitating accurate demand forecasting, enhancing data analytics, and ensuring supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI to drive data-driven decision-making and improve forecast accuracy.Key Responsibilities:

Implement and optimize demand planning processes and systems for the APAC region.
Work closely with regional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of planning strategies.
Facilitate and improve demand planning cycles through structured processes and data analytics.
Develop, validate, and analyze demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and statistical models.
Leverage Power BI to create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for enhanced decision-making.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather insights and refine demand planning strategies.
Conduct regular reviews with APAC stakeholders to address demand planning challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
Strong expertise in Power BI for data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is highly preferred.
Proficiency in demand planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, OMP, etc.).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
