  • Proactive safety champion you'll manage safety and health risk assessments and implement changes to eliminate potential hazards.
  • Ensure time-sensitive cargo arrives on time you'll review methods for managing time and temperature-sensitive cargo.
  • Lead a team to keep the fleet in top shape you'll manage a team to ensure the fleet is maintained in good working condition.
  • Communication is key you'll provide reports and presentations to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance, and overall fleet performance.
  • Deliver exceptional service you'll be accountable for maintaining end-to-end customer satisfaction and service level agreement adherence.
  • Optimizing procurement you'll collaborate with the procurement team to secure funding for fleet maintenance and repairs, oversee new vehicle purchases, and optimize purchasing processes.
Who You Are:
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a warehousing environment with certifications like GDP, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001, ideally within the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.
  • You're familiar with transportation management systems and proficient in warehouse management system software and MS Office applications.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • You're highly responsible, a critical thinker and problem solver with a proven track record in team leadership.
