As a Senior/Staff Product Engineer, you’ll work closely with Design, Test, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to ensure our wireless SoCs and modules meet aggressive cost, performance, and reliability goals.The team supports a wide range of technologies including Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Zigbee, Wi-Fi, and Matter, and partners cross-functionally to optimize test coverage, yield, and customer returns. We bridge design and new product launches to drive product excellence and operational scalability.ResponsibilitiesOwn product engineering deliverables from NPI through new product launches and early manufacturing ramp supportDefine guardbands, corner conditions, and ATE characterization strategies for robust product releaseSupport product qualification and reliability testing in line with JEDEC and AEC standardsDesign burn-in hardware and develop stress test patterns (e.g., HTOL, ELFR, HAST) to support product qualification and ensure long-term reliabilityAnalyze yield, parametric data, and test results to identify and resolve issues affecting product performance, cost, and qualityDrive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for yield excursions, test coverage gaps, and customer returnsMonitor key metrics across fab, assembly, and test to ensure product health in productionMentor junior engineers and help define best practices and methodology improvementsSkills You Will NeedMinimum Qualifications:Strong background in product engineering or test engineering for high-volume semiconductor productsProficiency with data analysis tools and scripting language (e.g., JMP, Python, SQL, R) and statistical problem-solving methodsSolid understanding of IC manufacturing, test processes, and failure analysisFamiliarity with analog/mixed-signal ICs or RF-enabled devicesExperience designing burn-in hardware and developing stress test patterns for qualification and reliability assessmentBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience (or MS with 3+ years)The following qualifications will be considered a plus:Experience in wireless or IoT SoCs (e.g., BLE, Zigbee, Wi-Fi)Experience with ATE platforms or lab instrumentationFamiliarity with wafer sort, final test, and SLTKnowledge of ESD/LU qualification and reliability testingBackground in developing automated test flows or data pipelinesExperience working in global, cross-functional environmentsBenefits & Perks:
