- Assist in developing customer strategy:
- Leverage customer data to generate actionable insights on customer demographics, behaviour, needs, and jobs-to-be-done (JTBD) for assigned microsegments
- Support in end to end customer immersion studies to hear voice of customer and inform our strategy
- Assist in combining quantitative and qualitative insights to formulate microsegment strategy for assigned microsegment
- Execute microsegment strategy
- Support in strategising customer engagements based on identified microsegment strategy
- Partner with products, merchants, partners to bundle customer proposition where relevant
- Design creative and engaging content to reach out to target microsegment: eg. Push notifications, emails, in app banners etc.
- Independently execute campaigns to deliver customer communications
- Systematically track campaign performance to evaluate impact, identify areas for improvement, and implement learnings to continually refine engagements
- Deliver impact to customer and business results
- Ownership of the end-to-end customer engagements developed for assigned microsegment and be accountable for effectiveness of the engagement in driving interest, product penetration, acquisition, usage and customer retention
- Streamline and optimise customer engagement journey with central coordination so customers consistently receive consistent and relevant messaging throughout their journey.
- Min 2 years of full time working experience
- Self-starter and results-oriented, able to work independently and pragmatically
- Structured with good planning and organising capability
- Strong in Excel, Powerpoint (Digital, Marketing, Communications, and/or Analytics experience would be a plus!)
- Creative problem solver who is able to manage complexity, ambiguity and open-ended questions
- Innovative and passionate about creating engaging content across various channels to effectively communicate customer value proposition
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable plans
- Ability to communicate effectively to internal teams, key partners and executive management through storyboarding
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment and responding positively to changes
