This role blends traditional nursing responsibilities with Lifestyle Medicine and advanced health optimisation services. Reporting to the Head of Clinical Operations, your role will ensure exceptional patient experiences and clinical outcomes while ensuring nursing compliance with regulatory requirements by MOH and SNB.Key Responsibilities
  • Effective delivery of all nursing services including phlebotomy services, vitals taking, body composition analysis, and any diagnostic testing our clinic offers
  • Support or chaperone physicians or allied health team during procedures, consultations, and advanced diagnostics
  • Collaborate in developing personalised lifestyle intervention plans using the 6 pillars of lifestyle medicine, provide ongoing follow-up coordinating their continuity of their journey in our clinic and ensure seamless transitions between allied health providers
  • Maintaining exceptional patient service standards with a focus on discretion, comfort, and seamless care
  • Administer or prescribe medications in accordance with guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Handle specimen logistics with third-party labs, ensuring time-sensitive tests follow appropriate handover protocols.
  • Manage medical notes and proper documentation, maintain an accurate recording system, and ensure compliance with record-keeping protocols, PDPA and MOH Records Retention Guidelines
  • Ensure clinic cleanliness, infection control, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance protocols are met, in accordance with MOH and NEA infection control regulations
  • Collaborating with the nursing team to monitor and manage clinical inventory, supplies, and cold-chain items, and informing HOD of discrepancy if any
  • Assist the Assistant Practice Manager in incident reporting, SOP updates, and clinic audits as required by MOH licensing and renewal cycles
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, with valid SNB registration
  • Active BCLS certification or willing to renew
  • Ability to handling situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Ability to analyze rapid ground changing situations efficiently and quickly, especially in a medical emergency
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to ongoing education in lifestyle medicine, personalised medicine, and innovation
  • Passion and interest for preventive healthcare, lifestyle medicine and longevity medicine are highly desirable
