(2) Independently conduct underwriting analysis and establish the different financial model;
(3) Support new acquisitions and divestments, including prepare PPT, investment paper and other documentations related, assist in due diligence if required.JOB REQUIREMENTS(1) Bachelor degree or above in finance or relevant majors;
(2) Expert-level analytical and financial modeling skills;
(3) Advanced knowledge of quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel;
(4) Great presentation skills, and the ability to influence and persuade others;
(5) Independently manage multiple tasks, projects and ability to prioritize;
(6) Ability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines;
(7) Experienced in logistics industry is preferred. But not a must
