- To provide relevant support and assistance to the Sales Team
- To prepare reports and other documents as required by the Management
- To liaise and coordinate with the sales partners for sales support tasks
- Prepare claim such as buyback claim, withholding claim and distributor rebate claim
- Upload monthly product price list
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree/master in Business Management, Administration, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Comfortable in handling huge data with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Sheets
- Familiar with some basic Microsoft Excel formulas and usage such as SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table and etc
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a team
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
