
Sales Development Intern

- Identify and cultivate new business leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- Provide support for follow-ups with leads and creation of sales and marketing content.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist the team in planning and executing sales events and networking activities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and business development activities.
- Support CRM initiatives and assist clients with transaction-related enquiries.
- Assist with competitor analysis and assess market trends to recommend new features or improvements aimed at increasing sales revenue.
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree with in business/finance/marketing, or a related field
- Hands-on knowledge of or familiarity with MS excel, JIRA, confluence, CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, and project management would be an advantage
- Strong presentation and analytical skills, data-driven, and able to think critically and creatively
- Self-motivated and resourceful
- Proficient in English. Knowledge and Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage
