Location: Changi Business ParkDuration: 12 Months, Required to work night shift (5 pm – 2 am)Responsibilities:
  • Document and maintain the Client’s enquiries and request received in Bank’s ticketing tool
  • Subject Matter Expert for specific focus area such as Authentication, Trading, Payments
  • Strong commitment to quality service and standards
  • Manage the clearance of Long Form Deficiency, Subscription of documents, Investment related forms.
  • Support ad hoc duties/requests as assigned by team lead
Requirements:
  • Degree with at least 3 years of related banking call centre or client services experience
  • Able to work shift hours and public holidays
  • Strong communication talent, ability to manage conflict situation etc
