Senior/ Executive, Operations (Oncology)We're seeking passionate and driven individual to help us achieve our strategic goals in oncology care. As a Senior Executive or Executive in Operations (Oncology), you'll be at the forefront of managing collaborations, supporting clinical operations, and managing projects that enhance patient care.What you will do:
Drive Strategic Initiatives: Manage the delivery of hospital-defined goals and initiatives, ensuring alignment with national level (MOH) and cluster level (NHG) plans. Major projects include oncology capacity/capability building for NHG/TTSH, right-siting and collaborative care model with Community and Primary Care partners and other patient-centric care enhancements.
Lead Operations: Drive process improvements, including workflow design and project management to enhance service quality for an efficient patient care journey.
Collaborate with Clinical Leads: Partner with clinical and non-clinical departments to implement patient-centric initiatives and develop sustainable value-based care models.
Manage Performance: Formulate business proposals and monitor key performance indicators to ensure business sustainability and operational excellence.
Administrative Oversight: Handle general administration, data analysis and services agreements to ensure smooth operations.

A good degree in any discipline, preferably with 2 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in healthcare operations and project management. Familiarity with data management, financials or oncology care will be a plus.
Strong analytical skills, a flair for numbers, and a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in both written and spoken English, possess strong interpersonal communication skills and able to contribute and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Highly driven and motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think at system level.
