- Perform a variety of massage services using appropriate tools and products. Provide face and body treatments including facials, scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy, always prioritizing guest comfort and safety.
- Assess guest needs and inquire/ read about their contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, pregnancy) before each service.
- Be punctual for all appointments and thoroughly review them post-treatment, including entering preferences and notes of each guest into the system.
- Escort guests to and from treatment rooms, checking in to ensure their comfort throughout the service.
- Courteously interact with guests, answering all spa and wellness centre related questions.
- Handle inappropriate guest behaviour by following standard operating procedures, which may include stopping a treatment and informing a supervisor.
- Keep all treatment rooms and recovery zone areas clean and neat at all times.
- Keep the treatment room, rest area clean and neat at all times, arranging tools, equipment and linen meticulously.
- Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools.
- Dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift.
- Assist in the operations as needed, including the Reception area, Retail Area, Relaxation Area, Preparation Room, and Recovery Zone areas.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies for treatment rooms.
- Report any dysfunctional equipment to the Recovery Zone Manager promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with current techniques and modalities in your field.
- Attend daily line-ups, weekly, and monthly Recovery Zone meetings.
- Assist and perform various demonstrations and events as required.
- Adhere to all internal standards and procedures to ensure a consistently high standard of service throughout the Recovery Zone.
- Monitor and stick to your time schedule throughout the day.
- Perform all daily assigned massage therapist tasks and other duties as assigned by your supervisor, maintaining a friendly and professional business attitude.
- Possess a valid certificate in massage services (E.g. CIBTAC/CIDESCO/ITEC/WSQ qualifications)
- At least 2 years of experience as a Spa/Massage therapist
- Good communication skills with a warm, caring attitude towards guests and Morrow members
- Excellent language skills
- Experience in luxury spas
