Shipping Executive, Air Freight (West/Up to 3.5k)

The Opportunity:

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily air freight import and export operations.
Track shipments to ensure they depart and arrive on time.
Prepare and submit documents needed for customs clearance and airline processing.
Enter and update shipment information in logistics systems.
Create shipment and billing reports when needed.

Job Requirements:

Experience in customer service for exports/imports and document processing for air freight.
Knowledge of customs clearance processes and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Strong business insight and proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced level).
1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding, field operations, or planning/scheduling.
