Assist the team to organise the annual Singapore Children’s Society Awards ceremony that recognise volunteers and donors for their commitment

Documentation and Records

Consolidate and organise volunteer data in preparation for migration to the volunteer management system
Maintain accurate records of volunteers’ hours, activities, and contact information

Job Requirements:

Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Reliable and self-motivated
Passion for volunteering and community engagement.
Flexible and ready to assist when the need arises

Work Arrangements:

Full-time
3 days work-from-office, 2 days work-from-home
Minimum 4 months, but preferably 6 months internship duration
