Onboard new clients and provide training on IT products to ensure successful adoption.
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues to reduce churn.
Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to advocate for customer needs and feedback.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer accounts.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer success metrics and progress.
Manage customer escalations and work towards timely resolution.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within the IT industry.
Strong understanding of IT products, software solutions, and technology trends.
Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving retention.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.SkillsCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
