Purpose:Vaccines M&S is preparing its future through an ambitious program named Evolutive Facility (EVF). The EVF Project is at the cornerstone of Sanofi strategy as it aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable, and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges.She/He responsible for increasing system reliability, sustainability, and maintainability of the entire GMP and Non GMP systems. Includes, performs detailed engineering design, maintenance and operation support for systems, Active support for the new installation, continue improvement and troubleshooting of existing systems.The CMMS engineer will report to Equipment & Facilities Manager.Maintenance excellence execution, review and approve"
  • Implementation of plant maintenance and understand the new plant maintenance setup requirements, work with SAP consultant team to provide solutions, functional specifications and manage the plant asset master data.
  • Schedule and coordinate routine and non-routine maintenance, repairs, and facilities activities for Production and QC equipment across the plant, ensuring compliance and budget requirements are met, this includes shutdowns activities.
  • Support and Development of FMECA as a knowledge platform for plant-specific risk assessment and determination of plant maintenance strategies.
  • Support Predictive Maintenance (PDM) programs to understand the data output and make informed decisions on how to prioritize the corrective work from these PDM programs.
  • Overall, the combined role of CMMS engineer requires a strong understanding of maintenance management principles, I-shift (SAP) configuration and customization, and the ability to effectively manage data, processes, and systems to support efficient and effective maintenance operations.
CMMS and change management :
  • The role involves creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, work instructions, and providing assistance for deviation management and investigations.
  • Good knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), apply and implement to plant maintenance program to improve equipment reliability and performance.
  • SME for I-Shift (SAP) module for full setup, deployment, implementation and until go-live.
  • SME would need to configure I-shift (SAP) systems to meet the inter department function specific maintenance management requirements, business processes, and reporting needs.
  • Providing training and support to maintenance technicians, planners, and other users on how to use I-shift (SAP) systems effectively for maintenance planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are meticulously documented to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., cGMP - Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Optimization regarding SAP – Plant Maintenance setup.
  • Detailed knowledge of the plant maintenance master data, data migration, maintenance plan creation, maintenance orders, maintenance scheduling, refurbishment process, spare part registration etc.
  • Support and manage technical object, creating asset data base, filling the SAP scoping data migration template for the design & build, mock 1 / mock 2 / SIT / UAT for SAP deployment project.
  • Support Reliability team to maintenance the system data, maintenance data available any time from SAP, Spare parts schedule and supply availability.
  • Strong configuration hands on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance & MRO modules.
  • In depth knowledge of entire master data, Serial number, BOM, Maintenance Task list, Measuring point, counters, PM work centres, and Maintenance plans/ Maintenance Item.
MRO management:
  • Ability to manage the spare sparts of MRO (maintenance, repair, and operating supply) which are used in production, plant upkeep supplies such as lubricants, spare parts, pumps, and cleaning supplies that are needed for equipment.
  • Manage and setup the engineering store, yearly stock check, regular ordering of the spares parts management.
  • Regularly review the store records and update/maintain up-to-date records for accurate information and compliance with given procedures.
  • Manage the store and spare parts by regular inspection inventory check, by physical and visual inspection against the records, compile all the invoices with verify costs, quantity, and documents.
Maintenance Management and planning:
  • SME for maintenance planning.
  • Work with production scheduler and cross functional team for the maintenance work scheduling, this to include the following: issuing and reviewing work orders reviewing parts and tools required and providing detailed work instructions.
  • Strong in SAP knowledge and experience as well as integrations with other modules - Finance, calibration setup, supply chain, EHS, manufacturing.
  • Support investigations and root cause analysis of repetitive problems and investigate equipment failures as part of deviation investigation and CAPA.
  • Utilize quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Comply with requirements from Sanofi Safety Program including Health and Safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing and maintenance team to establish the detailed maintenance plan for the site without impact on production schedule.
  • Plan and execute the site scheduled shutdown maintenance activities with all the stakeholders includes user, vendor, and suppliers.
  • Manage all the work orders for full completion and proper closing in the system with attachments and within given due date.
