Implement global strategies in a locally relevant way, considering different consumer needs and distribution channels.Key Functional Responsibilities
  • Own SEA and country-level range selection and seasonal forecasts for assigned category, ensuring alignment with the multi-season category strategy.
  • Manage article phasing (RID/RED) for assigned category to ensure timely product introductions across SEA, aligned with local market strategies
  • Participate in in-season trading activities, monitor sell-out performance, and collaborate with channels to optimize results.
  • Ensure range management systems (HL/MDC) are updated with accurate country and cluster information, ensuring smooth operational execution.
  • Perform category analysis including sell-thru, forecasting, pricing corridor & segmentation compliance, etc.
  • Participate and support sample ordering milestones.
  • Support pricing and promotional strategies, markdowns, and clearance plans in line with EM guidance and market dynamics.
  • Provide local consumer, market, and competitor insights to the EM hub, helping shape broader category strategies.
  • Collaborate with all departments to support with the E2E deliverables, system set up and campaign deliverables.
  • Support Senior Manager in Pre- & In-season tasks such as data collection, workshop planning, sample management, reporting and special projects.
  • Support broader brand team with GTM process.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Intermediate to advance skills in MS Office, especially for Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make fact-based recommendations and decisions.
  • Commercial acumen and keen interest in a broad range of sports.
  • Team player with strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Organized and process orientated.
  • Proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail.
  • Confident presenter to a large audience in-person or virtually.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Merchandising / Category Management/ Marketing or Sales preferred.
  • University degree in Business or Marketing preferred
  • Industry experience in Sports/ Fashion/ FMCG
  • Fluent in English
