
Service Sales Manager

- Drive Service Revenue Growth: Lead the charge in identifying and securing new sales opportunities within the existing customer base, focusing on aftermarket services and solutions for Medium and Low Voltage Switchgears.
- Coordinate Service and Technical Support: Act as the primary point of contact for external service vendors, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery. You'll oversee troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs, learning from vendors to ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- Strengthen Customer Relationships: Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships through proactive communication, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate on Sales Strategy: Work closely with the core sales team to align strategies and achieve revenue targets, leveraging your technical insights to expand the customer service portfolio's market share.
- Manage Financial and Commercial Aspects: Use your commercial knowledge to understand contracts and optimize service delivery, ensuring financial success in line with sales goals.
- Facilitate Technical Solutions: Validate vendor-provided diagnoses for complex issues and manage the escalation process to internal R&D teams when specialized support is needed.
- Relevant Technical Background: You have a Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, with a strong understanding of Medium and Low Voltage Switchgears and the relevant Singapore market.
- Proven Industry Experience: You have at least 5-10 years of experience in engineering or switchgear manufacturing, with a focus on technical or service roles.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You're a strong problem-solver with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You have very good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for both customer and vendor management.
- Commercial Acumen: You possess commercial knowledge and a solid understanding of contracts, enabling you to manage the business side of service delivery effectively.
