Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, and data-driven information and risk management services.Within the Data & Services organization, the Consulting and Innovation Services (CIS) organization is focused on creating, evolving, and delivering superior consulting and innovation products. Under CIS organization, Digital Labs helps clients define digital strategies (Digital Strategy), design digital experiences and technical solutions (Digital Innovation); and deliver digital projects and technical solutions for clients (Digital Deploy).The Digital Labs team is looking for a PEL to accelerate solutions and sales in the Digital Deploy and Digital Strategy domain. The PEL will help develop products and package solutions in this space that include digital strategy consulting, implementation of digital strategies, digital solutions and customer value propositions and execution of the last mile program management, technical implementation, and commercialization and go-to-market activities of products and platforms; with strong focus on quality, on budget and on time executions. For select products and services, we also provide operational support and change management activities after the go-live of the platforms.The PEL will play a critical role for setting customers up for success by prescriptively shaping the execution of Digital Deploy projects with our customers. He/she serves as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring alignments across each customer’s projects, and ensuring the highest levels of customer happiness.Partnering with Business Development, the PEL’s time is split between pre and post sales activities, acting as the engagement expert across the portfolio of Digital Deploy products and engaging other SMEs across the organization to develop and articulate comprehensive implementation proposals. The manager will maintain the customer relationships and act as an escalation point within these implementations, ensuring tight partner alignment, offering proactive and prescriptive advice resulting in outstanding customer success.The candidate should have a broad range of IT and consulting experience, with deep functional knowledge of project management. They are comfortable operating in a pre-sales environment, excel in coalescing competing and chaotic needs and challenges into a comprehensive and sound plan for delivering customer success. The candidate must have personally demonstrated prescriptive solutioning, demonstrate immense project delivery credibility, providing strong leadership and hands-on participation in strategic engagements.Role
  • Spearhead the awareness of Digital Deploy, Digital Strategy products. Digital Deploy integration to end-to-end digital labs solutions (e.g Innovation Hubs, Digital First, Digital Payments, Digital Acceptance, etc) to P&E, IMK, CSCs’ through meetings and trainings.
  • Act as Pre-Engagement lead on deploy product discussions with customers (e.g Program Management, SBOS, Implementation Scoping, Piloting & Implementation and SaaS products such as DFE and Sandbox-as-a-Service)
  • Understand and facilitate high-level design/development discussions for the purpose of ensuring a common understanding of expectations and deliverables.
  • Work in close collaboration with solutions architect and business development teams to identifying paths to successful customer outcomes and risks.
  • Develop PCW and SOWs to support both standard offerings and custom opportunities.
  • Scope opportunities and determine resources requirements by working closely with external HR agencies and technology partners to determine Tech Squads and SBOS requirements as well as scoping system integration and platform provisioning into Digital Deploy deals.
  • In partnership with Digital Labs regional leads and Digital Labs sales lead, retain and nurture customer relationships post-engagement to ensure ongoing opportunities are realized and acted upon appropriately.
  • Drive and own Digital Deploy regional revenue by actively engaging with wider Digital Labs teams to identify opportunities and leads.
  • Act as an escalation point for Project Managers during the delivery of the various Digital Deploy projects / engagements.
  • Ensure that engagements conclude with fully satisfied clients that are willing to be references for new potential clients.
  • Manage multiple strategic clients simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of factors that drive customer success for Digital Deploy implementations and how they directly contribute to long term customer retention.
  • The ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks to customer success, be it through the addition of new products and services, strategy & planning, or critical issues.
  • Proactively mitigate and manage critical customer concerns; communicate effectively and appropriately with internal and external leaders and executives.
  • Travel 40-60% (depending on geography)
All About You
  • 5+ years’ experience delivering consulting services and including team leadership.
  • 5+ years managing C-level client relationships, including customer concern resolution.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • 5+ years’ operating in a pre-sales environment, shaping and scoping large and complex implementation projects.
  • Financial Services experience.
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in working in a client advisory role.
  • Able to command a group audience, facilitate solutioning and lead discussions such as implementation methodology, roadmap planning and executive-level requirement gathering sessions.
  • Highly developed soft skills, with the ability to adjust communication style based on the audience and difficult client situations.
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative and consultative work style, ability to thrive in a high velocity, highly dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams through influence while also functioning as an individual contributor / team member.
  • History of working in a consultative selling environment, where clients seek and value your opinions and see your advice as objective and unbiased.
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
  • Familiarity with popular cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Ability to design and implement cloud-based solution
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain
  • Evaluating the potential impact of emerging technologies on business and IT
  • Exploring opportunities to incorporate emerging technologies into solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree required
