$7K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities

Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
Supervise structural/ architectural works; coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with
Prepare reports as required by management
Maintain proper inventory control
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience is Architectural Planning/ detailing is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
