Founded in Singapore, our client is a local based specialist clinic providing an extended range of medical/dental services.Executive Assistant * Able to perform full range of secretarial and general administrative duties to C Suite levels (CEO and Deputy CEO)

Handle calendar management, appointment booking & schedule and meeting arrangement.
Minutes taking and documenting decisions
Provide support to the CEO and Deputy CEO in the administrative matters, to enhance the Company's growth.
Assist in project management by coordinating with departments
Act as a liaison between the CEO/Deputy CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in similar capacity, in healthcare industry
Proactive individual with ability to work well under pressure/fast paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
