Family Office Investment Operations Specialist

• Collaborating closely with the family to address operational needs essential for supporting trading activities, encompassing pre-trade preparations, settlement instructions, post-trade verification, and fund cash management/cash flow projections.
• Overseeing daily trade and non-trade transactions, maintaining the portfolio management system, and resolving routine requests or concerns.
• Compiling fund transfer and payment instructions for counterparties.
• Ensuring precise and punctual reporting of investment performance and other pertinent metrics to internal stakeholders, and aiding in the preparation of financial statements.
• Facilitating the onboarding process and maintaining communication with professional firms and external service providers such as corporate secretaries, tax advisors, custodians, and brokers regarding documentation and administrative needs.
• Providing support for general administrative tasks and addressing any business requirements as they arise.

• Degree in Finance, or relevant disciplines at least 3 years of relevant experience in private banking, fund/asset management or a family office
• You possess a good understanding of investment products (including equity and fixed income) and their trade life cycle
• You enjoy working in a small team with a high degree of autonomy.
• You are a proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
• You are detail oriented, organised, resourceful, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
