Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.Responsibilities
- Participate in developing LLM technologies for diverse search scenarios, including pre-training strategies and efficient RLHF, to help improve relevance, recency, and other key aspects.
- Contribute to utilizing MLLMs for visual representation learning and video understanding to strengthen search retrieval capabilities.
- Engage in designing personalized ranking algorithms that understand user intent and deliver tailored search results.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications：
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a Degree/Master in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical fields.
- Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, with experience in NLP, CV, or ML.
- Solid programming skills and fundamental algorithm & data structure knowledge.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Linux development environment and skilled in C++ and Python.Preferred Qualification:
