- Translate user insights and business objectives into clear product requirements and success metrics.
- Partner with design, engineering, compliance, and marketing to deliver impactful, high-quality features.Champion Data-Driven Decisions- Define, monitor, and analyze key product KPIs (activation, engagement, retention, conversion).
- Use tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Amplitude, and GA4 to uncover insights and guide prioritization.
- Lead hypothesis-driven experiments to validate ideas and drive continuous improvement.Lead with a User-Centric Mindset- Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to craft clean, intuitive experiences across all platforms, not just mobile.
- Continuously advocate for user needs while balancing technical and business constraints.Enable Cross-Functional Success- Foster strong alignment across business, risk, compliance, technology, and test teams in a matrixed environment.
- Communicate strategies, priorities, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Bring energy, resilience, and a can-do mindset to complex problems and fast-paced environments.What you'll need for this roleKey Qualification Requirements:4 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or consumer digital products across app and web.Proven ability to define and deliver products that balance user experience with technical feasibility and regulatory requirements.Strong analytical skills and a track record of making data-informed decisions, with experience defining and managing qualitative and quantitative research and measurement plans.Strong organizational acumen—able to navigate matrix environments and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to build trust and deliver results in partnership with diverse stakeholders.A can-do attitude, willingness to learn and listen, ability to work independently, and strong drive to get things done.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and rapid iteration cycles.Bonus PointsExperience launching or scaling products in Singapore’s fintech or investment ecosystem.Understanding of local compliance requirements (e.g., MAS, KYC, CKA).Success in driving multi-platform (app, web) product strategies from 0→1 and 1→n.How we workWe try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
