The Automation Operations team is established to align with GNE's strategic focusing on accelerating investments in AI technology to drive innovation and efficiency. Our team focuses on deploying AI-driven solutions to advance service automations, streamline workflows, and enhance our user experiences. As a Service Automation Prompt Engineer, we drive model performance and SOP optimization to ensure continuous improvement in chatbot.Examples of what you'll work on:
- Expand the scenarios from traditional knowledge configuration to large language models.
- Tailor the qualified automation SOP based on business strategy and policy.
- Launch, release and verification of the automation solution in the chatbot.
- Operation and maintenance process management.
- Resolution effects monitoring, and opportunities finding for continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with algorithm and product teams to enhance chatbot solving capability, including modeling and feature capabilities, and make chatbot more capable of issue resolving.Qualifications:We are seeking ambitious individuals who are passionate about solving complex problems and delivering meaningful impacts on millions of users.Minimum Qualifications
- Final year student (graduate in 2026) or recent graduates with less than 1 year of working experience, majoring in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields with strong academic performance.
