Royal Ocean Marine is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our client's logistic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assisting customers with their orders, questions, and account issues.
  • Maintaining knowledge of our products and services to accurately inform customers.
  • Processing orders and returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Working to meet individual and team performance targets.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service in logistic industries or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Able to take calls on weekends and after working hours for any urgent matters
