[What the role is]In this position, you will assume responsibility for the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies that not only engage and captivate audiences but also propel our clients' brands to success and achieve business growth.Your primary responsibilities will encompass not only the establishment of a framework for conducting brand and marketing audits and conducting market research for brands but also the formulation of data-driven recommendations to enhance brand performance.Furthermore, your role will hold a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless alignment of brand messaging across diverse media platforms through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.[What you will be working on]
  • Conduct brand audits and analysis to measure performance, identify opportunities and optimise brand strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and brand differentiation opportunities.
  • Define the client brand’s unique value proposition, key messages, and positioning.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and narratives that can engage and connect with diverse audiences across various media and channels while ensuring alignment with omni channel marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand campaigns, ensuring a unified brand messaging, visual identity, and alignment with content creation strategy.
  • Monitor brand performance and establish a feedback capture system for consumer insights analysis, facilitating data-driven recommendations for strategic adjustments.
[What we are looking for]Proven experience in brand strategy, brand development or a related field.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and insights to inform brand strategies.Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills to articulate and advocate for brand strategies.Results-oriented and capable of measuring and reporting on the impact of brand strategies.Portfolio demonstrating a proven track record of developing successful branding and marketing strategies.
