Take on exciting challenges and build a career path that reflects who you are.Join us and be part of the adventure of the century!When you join ENGIE, you will have access to:The opportunity to have a meaningful job where you can make a differenceA career management plan with opportunities to grow in an international environmentAttractive and competitive packageDynamic and inclusive work environmentContinuously evolve as a professional, coupled with a variety of training opportunitiesFacilities Operations Engineer (2-year Contract)ResponsibilitiesServe as the central point of command within Fault Management Centre (FMC), coordinating responses to critical system issues and managing communications with relevant stakeholders.Identify the root cause for alarm/alert generated from the monitoring workstations.Manage and lead a team of shift technicians in facility management and operation of the assigned site.Track and analyze recurring faults or issues in BMS and other monitoring systems to identify patterns.Use trend date to provide insights on system vulnerabilities and potential areas for improvement.Plan and execute with relevant teams or contractors of the corrective maintenance.Provide positive and professional working relationship with internal team and stakeholders/clients.Work collaboratively as part of a team within the FMC and with other departments.Follow up on abnormalities or fault detected from the use of BMS/working monitoring workstations (critical system such as HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, etc) on a daily basis.Collaborate and communicate effectively all facilities team, providing updates on system health.Work with preventive maintenance team to implement preventive measures to reduce fault occurrenceRequirementsDegree / Diploma in Engineering / Facilities Management or related fieldMinimum 3 to 5 years' relevant experience in building or facilities management, preferably with exposure to BMS, HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Alarm systemsCandidate must possess experience in analyzing Building Management System (BMS) data trends to identify recurring faults and recommend system improvementsStrong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly diagnose faultsAbility to work independently and response to incidents calmly and efficientlyWillingness to work in shift patternsHas a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviorsBusiness Unit: GBU Energy SolutionsDivision: ESI AMEA - South East Asia - SingaporeLegal Entity: ENGIE Services Singapore Pte.
