
PMO Delivery Analyst

- Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, including change requests.
- Maintain and update project documentation, dashboards, and reports (e.g., RAID logs, status updates).
- Assist in resource planning, capacity tracking, and budget monitoring.
- Coordinate and support project governance forums (e.g., steering committee meetings), including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking.
- Support project and portfolio reporting with accurate, timely data to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, tools, and templates.
- Assist in risk and issue management, escalating as needed.
- Help with change control, project initiation, and closure activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes and efficiency.
- Liaise with other team members within the project to ensure updated status reports are provided.
- Diploma / Degree in Business Studies or related
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
