- Handle full set of import/export shipping documents, including, Bill of Lading / Air Waybill, Commercial Invoice & Packing List, Certificate of Origin, LC (Letter of Credit) documentation (if applicable) and Customs declaration and permit applications via TradeNet.
- Liaise with Freight forwarders, shipping lines, and courier services.
- Liaise with Internal departments & Government agencies (e.g., Singapore Customs, SFA, N Park, Enterprise Singapore).
- Ensure timely collection, delivery, and clearance of cargo.
- Track shipments and update relevant reports.
- Ensure compliance adhere to Singapore Customs regulations and documentation standards.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and internal tracking.
- Prepare reports on shipment status.
- Help with inventory updates related to imports/exports.
- Minimum GCE “O” Level.
- At least 2 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding or import / export documentation.
- Knowledge of Photoshop & Excel Pivot table.
- Familiar with TradeNet, Singapore Custom procedures and Free Trade Agreements.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and LC documentation is an added advantage.

- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,300 + Variable Bonus (Minimum 1 Month)
