Job Description:As the Airport Coordinator, the primary function is to achieve airport sales goals and business objectives through:· Efficient management of daily counter operations· Good management of stock inventoryDevelopment and supervision of Beauty Advisors (BAs)Sales-Related Responsibilities (70%):1) Retail Sales· Drive Beauty Advisors (BAs) in the store(s) to hit the monthly sales target set (example: by individual and by brand).· Work with Sales & Education Executive (SEE) on goals and targets for BAs· Conduct regular counter meetings to give direction and keep BAs updated on counter sales.· Responsible to prepare regular reports on sell-through figures, competitors, tracking of new launches, promotions/incentives, and update on retail store activities like in-store promotions/traffic/customer profile/ consumer shopping behavior or feedback· Support TR Maxx selling with coaching of BAs· Ensure that all BAs meet the brand standards - IPT / AUS· Have effective coordination and follow up at store level to execute details of HPPs and promotional programs.2) Efficient Management of Daily Counter Operations and General Administration· Builds and maintains strong relationships with colleagues, management, host retailer, and internal/external stakeholders· Supervise daily counter duties such as housekeeping, counter maintenance, merchandising, ensuring availability of stocks, testers and printed materials are in accordance with global visual merchandising guideline· Champion the operational activities required to work with retailer during new counter opening or renovations· Ensure schedules are completed and issued on time, ensuring optimum staffing levels on selling floor· Management of part-timers and promoters· Management of Generic Staff (GS) incentives3) Management of Stock Inventory· Ensure adequate stocks are available at counter· Report out-of-stock situation to SEE in a timely manner and work closely with shop supervisor to ensure delivery of replenishment· Identify products that are slow and develop weekly push list of items for concentrated selling· Work closely with SEE to deplete or reduce inventory of products that will be discontinued by brand through incentive/push money· Review Aged stocks or product with high inventory with SEE to implement actions to improve the sales-through rate and lessen returns· Work with Operations/SEE on GWP delivery, PQ, on-counter date and their effectiveness· Maintain healthy inventory for testers to ensure availability at all times· Follow up with SEE on orders of collaterals/testers for new launches for smooth and timely executionEducation (30%) - Train and develop Beauty Advisors:1) Development and Management of Counter Staff· Coach BA and Generic Staff (GS) on brand stories, hero products, and other important brand-specifics for ELC brands close by on the sales floor· Utilize both in-store meetings and E-learning platforms, including brand-agnostic content, to coach BAs towards improving customer experience and sales productivity· Guide and mentor newly hired BAs· Review with BAs on sales performance and BA productivity (IPT, AUS and etc) and follow up on coaching/guidance if necessary· Hire, train and work along with promoters for special events· Manage any disciplinary matters and offer required guidance and counseling· Provide assistance to Education team on BA and GS training· Coach and motivate BAs based on individual talents and skills to drive sales objectives and brand equity· Ensure that BAs maintain high personal grooming standards as set by the brand
