(1) the lithography of nanodevices, i.e. hall bar, field effect transistors and/or
(2) CVD growth of ultrathin 2D materials
(3) Dry transfer and stacking of 2D materialsThe candidate should have a strong track record in 2-D material growth by CVD, publishing in the area of quantum topology physics concerning 2-D materials, or in the spintronics (spin Hall effect) of 2-D materials. The candidate should be adept at using low temperature, magnetic field transport system.An attractive renumeration package will be offered for suitable candidate (research fellow) with a strong record in 2-D condensed matter physics and who has good publication record.
