Manage customers' expectations and project cost
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, sales subsidiaries and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery
Organize project meetings, acceptance tests and monthly turnover updates
Compile and upkeep of project documentations and reports
Perform project risk analysis and evaluations (feedback for process improvement)
Identify & rectify inadequacies or inefficiencies in current workflows or processes
Facilitate process improvement through return of experience (ROE) from past projects
Apply best practices in project management domain from similar industries
Motivate project team members to increase productivity and achieved desired goals
Any other assigned adhoc tasks (if required)

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business discipline
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant Project Management experience or similar field
Working knowledge of project management tools & techniques with good grasp of organizational structures
Good communication skills to foster strong relationships with co-workers
Possesses mindset for problem solving, adaptability and risk management
Effective coordination, time management and organization/interpretation skills
Meticulous and possess a sense of urgency in completing tasks and projects on time
