- Responsible for data science and analytics related to C-end users, focusing on traffic conversion, user experience optimisation, and risk control rule development.
- Apply advanced statistical, machine learning, and deep learning techniques to mine user behaviour data, improving user engagement, conversion rates, and retention.
- Collaborate closely with product, operations, and engineering teams to drive data-driven decision-making and optimise user experience and product features.
- Design and implement strategies to enhance user experience, analyse user feedback, identify experience issues, and optimize ROI of user benefits, increasing overall user satisfaction on the platform.
- Participate in the development of risk control rules, identify and prevent abnormal behaviors, and ensure the platform's safety and growth.
- Support business decisions through data modeling and analysis, driving continuous product iteration and innovation.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or relevant fields, with 3+ years of experience in user data analysis, user growth, or risk control.
- Proficient in SQL, skilled in data analysis and modeling using R/Python.
- Solid experience in user behaviour analysis, A/B testing, traffic analysis, and conversion rate optimisation, with hands-on project experience.
- Excellent business acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new business and technology challenges.Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive.
- Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and deep learning; experience in risk modeling or implementing user experience strategies.
- Experience in global e-commerce, content commerce, or consumer internet products.
