We're partnering with a leading global hedge fund that leverages cutting-edge technology, data, and quantitative research to trade across multiple asset classes worldwide.Join a team where you'll apply your Python expertise to enhance performance, stability, and scalability; building reliability and observability features, developing automation and tooling, and providing hands-on production support to keep mission-critical systems running at peak efficiency.Requirements:

4+ years of strong software engineering background
Strong hands-on experience in Python
Proven experience in building reliability, observability, and performance optimization features for large-scale, mission-critical systems
Prior experience in high-performance environments such as top tech companies or hedge funds is highly desirable
Experience with Middleware such as Kafka is a good to have
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with different stakeholders
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
