This role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors. Together, we aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invests globally into real estate, infrastructure, data centres and alternative asset classes. The intern will be responsible in the following: 1) Assist in real estate market research. 2) Assist in evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, including financial analysis. 3) Assist experienced members in preparing internal approval memos and other documentation.
