- Solicit, develop and deepen borrowing relationships with SME customers through Digital Channels.
- Advocate digitalisation and drive initiatives in line with the Bank’s strategy.
- Customer relationship management to spot new/cross-sell business opportunities, understand customers’ requirements, structure deal and proper evaluation of credit risks to achieve a balance stance for the customer and bank.
- Proactive management, supervision and monitoring of an existing pool of borrowing accounts to achieve optimum utilization rate and profitability
- Underwrite credit risks by proper identifying of significant risks and mitigating factors.
- Ensure compliance of mandatory banking processes.
- University degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales within SME banking space.
- Highly self-driven to deliver sales target and succeed in a dynamic culture
- Energetic and possesses a customer-focused attitude to engage SME customers
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to adapt to change
- High level of commitment and accountability to deliver work of the highest standard
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
