Job Description:Our client, a fast-growing IT consultancy at the forefront of digital transformation, is seeking a Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a newly created role designed to strengthen their presence across Southeast Asia, driving growth in both new and existing enterprise accounts, including the Public Sector.Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this position offers the chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s regional footprint while working with cutting-edge technologies and solutions.What You’ll Do
  • Drive sales across SEA through a blend of hunting and farming, building strong client relationships and delivering growth.
  • Manage and expand existing enterprise accounts with a focus on upselling and cross-selling managed services and ICT solutions.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, winning high-value clients across multiple industries including Public Sector.
  • Work closely with internal solution teams to tailor cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, and app development solutions to client needs.
  • Build a sustainable sales pipeline to achieve and exceed targets.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven track record in B2B technology sales, ideally within ICT, Managed or Professional Services, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Experience managing and growing enterprise-level accounts across SEA.
  • Strong exposure to selling cloud, cybersecurity, and/or application development solutions.
  • A hunter mindset with the ability to also nurture and grow long-term relationships.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the confidence to work with senior decision-makers.
