- Oversee/execute the timely updates and management of various marketing channels to maintain freshness and relevance.
- Drive online visibility and increase website traffic through strategic implementation of paid advertising activities.
- Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to attract target audiences.
- Manage updates and maintenance for all company websites, including the main website and microsites, ensuring content accuracy and user experience optimization.
- Collaborate with the web development team to implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and improve website performance.
- Coordinate updates and promotions on F&B partner channels such as Chope, Sevenrooms, and Quandoo to maximize exposure and drive bookings.
- Monitor partner channel performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and increased engagement.
- Plan and execute organic & paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms targeting international top feeder markets for both rooms and F&B.
- Manage Google paid search ads and TripAdvisor ads to increase visibility and drive traffic to relevant landing pages.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy optimization, and bidding strategies to improve ad performance and ROI.
- Work closely with the graphic designer to conceptualize and create menu designs, promotional collaterals, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure that all design assets align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to the target audience.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with the production of marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, online & offline promotional materials, and other branded items.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging marketing channels, and innovative strategies.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new opportunities for business expansion and make recommendations for incorporating new marketing channels into the overall strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Preferably a proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the hospitality industry or pre-opening environments.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and web analytics.
- Ability to think creatively, identify target market segments, and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand standards.
- Proficiency in design and video taking with strong project management and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
